The Tasks view lets you create your own tasks for the unfinished function you're writing, the
error-handling routine you want to check — or for anything at all (e.g. Pick up a
loaf of bread).
To add a personal task:
- In the Tasks view, right-click the tasks pane and select Add Task,
or click the Add Task button in the Tasks view.
- Complete the dialog for your task.
You can associate a task with an editable resource, for instance, to remind yourself to
update a line of source code later:
