Name
       delay_output - cause short delay

Syntax
       int delay_output(ms)
       int ms;

Description
       Insert  10  x  millisecond pause in output.  The largest number allowed
       for is 0.5 seconds (500 milliseconds).

Return Values
       The function returns OK on success and ERR on error.
